Job summary

Dementia Singapore Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Transformation and Automation Specialist to lead process improvement, automation, and digital initiatives across the organisation.

You will drive Power Automate solutions, AI adoption, Salesforce and M365 administration, and ensure governance and staff training. A 3+ year track record in transformation is required, with collaboration across donor and programme teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma in computer science, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years in process transformation or digital transformation roles with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting Microsoft Power Automate solutions in production.
• Experience taking an AI use case from pilot to production with Copilot/Claude/OpenAI tools.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator with 3+ years of live Salesforce administration.
• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 tenant administration at admin level (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Map current state processes across departments and design future state workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate across M365 apps and SharePoint.
• Establish a pipeline of automation opportunities with clear KPIs and business cases.
• Drive change management through training, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Identify AI use cases and deploy AI-powered solutions with governance and data protection.
• Administer Salesforce: users, permissions, objects, reports, dashboards, and Flow automation.
• Administer the M365 tenant: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, governance.
• Support fundraising and donor management through data integrity.
• Coordinate with vendors for deployments and updates.
