Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a proactive automation professional to drive and sustain digital automation across Singapore functions. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable workflows to reduce manual tasks and boost operational efficiency.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Credit, and Operations to deliver end-to-end automation, dashboards, and reporting, with a focus on data visibility and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or tech fields.
• 2-4 years in process improvement, digital automation, or ops support.
• Proficiency with flow/automation tools like Activepieces, HubSpot, Jira.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fintech, lending, or process-driven experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise workflow automations using low/no-code tools.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose scalable automation solutions.
• Lead automation projects for product workflows with reliable reporting.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to drive and sustain digital automation initiatives across multiple Singapore business functions.

This role focuses on streamlining internal workflows, reducing manual tasks, and enhancing operational efficiency through the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation tools and processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Product, Sales, Credit, Collection, Client Experience, and Operations — to deliver scalable solutions that improve productivity and data visibility.

What you will do:

Automation & Workflow Implementation

Design, build, and optimise workflow automations using tools such as Activepieces, SendGrid, HubSpot, Jira, and other low/no-code platforms.

Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose scalable, end-to-end automation solutions that improve process efficiency.

Lead automation projects for product workflows (e.g. Start-up Financing onboarding and renewal processes), ensuring seamless integration and accurate reporting.

Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and performance tracking tools to enhance visibility of business metrics.

Project Support

Collaborate with cross-functional SG teams on ad-hoc and strategic automation initiatives.

Provide technical and operational support for new digital tools, workflow enhancements, and system roll-outs.

Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides to support change management.

System Maintenance & File Management

Maintain and enhance existing automation flows to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.

Manage digital file structures, integrations, and version control across systems to support ongoing process improvements.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related fields
• 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, digital automation, or operations support
• Proficiency in workflow/automation tools (e.g. Activepieces, HubSpot, Jira)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Prior exposure to fintech, lending, or process-driven environments is an advantage
