Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku, Southeast Asia's leading SME digital finance platform, seeks an automation-focused professional in Singapore to drive digital workflow initiatives. You will design and implement end-to-end automations across multiple business functions, collaborating with Product, Sales, Credit, and Operations to boost efficiency and data visibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, digital automation, or operations support.
• Proficiency in workflow/automation tools (e.g. Activepieces, HubSpot, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise workflow automations using Activepieces, SendGrid, HubSpot, Jira, and other low/no-code platforms.
• Lead automation projects for product workflows, ensuring seamless integration and accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and performance tracking tools to enhance visibility of business metrics.
• Document workflows, SOPs, and user guides to support change management.
