Job summary

A-Power Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a BIM Drafter to develop and prepare construction shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy per project standards. You will draft single-line and electrical connection drawings for approval, maintain BIM models through as-built stages, and coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to produce coordinated shop drawings.

Candidates with a relevant certificate/diploma/degree, strong communication, and the ability to start

Qualifications

• Relevant certificate/diploma/degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM modelling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a team and independently.
• Available to start immediately/within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare construction shop drawings using AutoCAD & Revit software.
• Draft single line, dimensions & electrical connection drawings for approval & submission.
• Perform routine drawing updates as per project installations and requirements.
• Liaise with project members and sub-contractors to prepare coordinated shop drawings (CSD) for approval and construction.
• Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash defection reports.
• Maintain and update BIM model until as-built stage.
• Collaborate with project teams to achieve optimum mechanical/electrical design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare construction shop drawing, details drawing, as-built drawing using Autocad & Revit Software

• Responsible in drafting single line, dimensions & electrical connection drawings for approval & submission

• Perform routine drawing and update of technical drawings as per project installations and requirements

• Liaise with project members and sub-contractors to prepare coordinated shop drawings (CSD) for approval and construction

• Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash defection reports

• Maintaining and updating of BIM model until as-build

• Work closely with the Project Teams to achieve optimum mechanical/electrical design

• Responsible for producing accurate details drawings using company's Engineering standards

• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Superior
