Job summary

BUSWAYS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller to create BIM content and extract production documents for BIM assisted projects. You will support BIM Coordinators in building models and libraries, and deliver model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication.

The ideal candidate has a BIM modelling certificate or degree in Engineering/M&E, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and 2–3 years of experience in building construction. Fast-paced environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate from a BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / M&E qualification.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software.
• 2–3 years BIM modelling experience in building construction and project execution.
• Experience in ACMV services is an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
• Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and execute and adapt to new and existing process procedures and workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast paced organisation.
