Job summary

Dickson Capital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Credit Collections Executive to manage customer accounts and negotiate repayment plans. The role emphasizes professional communication, empathy, and accuracy in processing collections and related documentation.

You will collaborate with internal teams and dealers to resolve accounts while maintaining high integrity and organisational standards. Prior experience in credit collections and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• A team player with integrity, professionalism, and good emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
• Contact customers to negotiate repayment arrangements and resolve account-related matters professionally
• Process collections, payments, refunds, account adjustments, and GIRO applications accurately
• Prepare collection notices, full settlement quotations, vehicle release letters, and related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth account resolution
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Support administrative duties, process improvements, and other ad hoc assignments as required
