Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., located on North Bridge Road, seeks a proactive Credit Control Executive / Assistant Manager to manage customer receivables, drive timely collections, assess credit risk, and support cash flow optimization.

The appointment level reflects experience and leadership capability, with responsibilities spanning AR operations, risk management, process improvements, and collaboration with Sales to balance credit risk and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in accounts receivable and credit control, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on collections, AR ageing, payment-trend analysis, and credit reviews.
• Proficient in Excel and month-end close processes.
• Ability to coach junior staff and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AR operations, including invoicing, collections, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Review month-end AR close activities for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor AR KPIs, assess risks, and ensure internal controls compliance.
• Lead credit approvals, monitor payment behavior and manage overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to balance revenue opportunities with credit risk.
• Provide backup support for AP processing and month-end closing.
