is seeking an experienced Indian Cook/Chef to join our Singapore kitchen. You will prepare and cook authentic North and South Indian dishes, such as curries, biryanis, tandoori items, and dosas, ensuring consistent taste and quality. You will manage mise-en-place, spice blends, and ingredient prep, operate tandoor ovens and dosa plates safely, monitor stock, minimise waste, and uphold strict hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on cooking experience in authentic Indian cuisine.
• Knowledge of traditional Indian spice profiles and regional techniques.
• Basic food hygiene or food safety certification.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes with consistent taste and quality.
• Manage mise-en-place, spice blending, and ingredient prep.
• Operate tandoor ovens and dosa plates safely.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, assist inventory.
• Maintain hygiene and proper labeling/storage.
• Support team during peak hours for timely service.
