The role requires maintaining taste and hygiene, managing food costing and inventory, and ensuring smooth bulk operations in a factory setting with rotating shifts. This position involves 6 working days per week.

Position: Indian Chef (Tandoor & Curry Specialist)

Location: Singapore

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day off, rotating shifts)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled North Indian Chef experienced in Tandoor and Curry dishes , including Jain food . The role involves bulk cooking in our factory, where food is prepared for over 40 hotels, international schools, and hospitals in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic North Indian cuisine (Tandoor, Curry, Jain dishes)
• Maintain consistency, taste, and hygiene standards
• Handle food costing and inventory management
• Support bulk production and daily kitchen operations
• Ensure compliance with HALAL, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in North Indian cuisine and bulk cooking
• Skilled in Tandoor, Curry, and Jain food preparation
• Knowledge of food costing and inventory control
• Team player with good communication skills
• Able to work rotating shifts
