Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Executive to manage accounting functions and support financial reporting. The role requires handling AP processes, journal entries, inter-company balances, and closing activities.

Working days are Monday to Friday with standard hours, and company transport is provided if you opt for the 8:00am–5:00pm schedule. Candidates should have an accounting degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with an audit background.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Audit background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely financial tracking and reporting
• Oversee and review AP functions including journal
• Inter-company transaction and balances
• Stock issues and related adjustments
• Prepare closing audit schedules and assist in the preparation of financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
