Job summary

TALENT XPERTS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and integrate ITSM and SMoD solutions within a telecommunications environment in Singapore. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement automation tasks.

You will work on workflows, change processes, approvals, and enterprise-scale integrations, adhering to ITIL practices and Agile methods, while testing in both staging and production environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ITSM and SMoD solutions
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/SMoD modules
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology
• Strong scripting and automation skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and support ServiceNow ITSM and SMoD solutions
• Develop workflows, automate approvals, and manage changes
• Perform automated testing in test and production environments
• Participate in project meetings and follow Agile framework
