Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a Show Elements Maintenance Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in themed entertainment to oversee maintenance across all show assets and ensure IP-compliant aesthetics.

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders, manage work orders in Maximo, and mentor technicians in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Visual Arts, Scenic Arts, Entertainment Technology, Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in themed entertainment, attractions, museums, exhibitions, scenic fabrication, theatre production, or related industries.
Strong understanding of show element construction, scenic finishes, animatronic aesthetics, themed environments, and asset preservation.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, design specifications, artistic references, and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide and oversee specialist maintenance support to theme park Show Elements, including finish and preserving appearances to IP standards.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities with resource allocation for show elements.
Execute and coordinate responses to the needs of supervisors, ride maintenance technicians, OEMs and internal stakeholders.
Support external vendors, contractors, and specialty fabricators in maintenance projects.
Utilize Maximo to manage work orders, asset histories, maintenance documentation, and material usage.
Identify innovative materials and repair methodologies to enhance asset durability and show quality.
Adhere to Workplace Safety and Health practices and foster a strong safety culture.
