Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated education support professional to monitor and guide students, implementing restorative practices and SEL programmes. The role requires developing relationships, maintaining records and coordinating referrals to support services.

You will collaborate with parents, provide social-emotional support, and ensure confidentiality while supporting at-risk youths across educational or community settings.

Qualifications

• MOE-registered by ITQ closing date.
• Background in uniformed services or Ministry of Social and Family Development (e.g. Police, Prison Service or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with at-risk youths.
• Experience in educational, community or correctional settings; primary school experience is an advantage.
• Passionate about working with children and supporting their growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise students under in-house suspension, reintegration programmes and reflection sessions.
• Guide students in improving behaviour through restorative practices.
• Assist with preliminary investigations, student interviews and incident reports.
• Engage, mentor and provide social-emotional support to at-risk students.
• Conduct regular student check-ins and proactive school patrolling.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students' behaviour and progress.
• Maintain student case records, monitor progress and prepare reports.
• Coordinate referrals to external agencies when additional support is required.
• Develop and conduct Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programmes.
• Provide in-class support and guidance to targeted students.
• Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and discipline statistics.
• Maintain confidentiality of all student information
