Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Plan and organise student engagement, after-school and holiday programmes.
Supervise students and ensure their safety during activities.
Guide students in developing positive relationships and social-emotional skills.
Mentor students in goal-setting, academic support and personal development.
Prepare activity materials and maintain the after-school engagement room.
Monitor student participation and follow up on absenteeism.
Evaluate programmes, collect feedback and prepare reports.
Work closely with teachers and school personnel to support students.
Assist with school-wide student development initiatives.
Review programmes and recommend improvements.
