Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Discipline Officer to assist the Discipline Team in managing student behaviour. You will patrol premises, support interventions for at‑risk students and assist with investigations and incident reporting.

You will collaborate with teachers and the Student Management Committee to maintain a safe school environment, conduct home visits as needed, and help with disciplinary processes during events and activities.

Qualifications

• Speak, read and write incident reports in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enforcement agencies or uniformed services.
• Experience in case management and disciplinary support using restorative practices.
• Able to build rapport with students and school stakeholders.
• Primary school and student management experience is an advantage.
• Good teamwork and ability to maintain work processes.
• Basic ICT skills, including data entry and incident logging using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Discipline Team in managing student discipline and behaviour.
• Support home visits and follow-up communication with parents.
• Supervise students under in-school suspension and help their transition back to class.
• Patrol school premises including canteens, playgrounds and surrounding areas.
• Support case management and intervention for at-risk students.
• Conduct investigations, review CCTV footage and prepare incident reports.
• Collaborate with teachers and the Student Management Committee to maintain a safe and orderly school environment.
• Perform other duties related to student management as assigned.
