Job summary

Lazada Singapore is seeking an Analytics/Operations professional for the Assortment Operations team within General Operations. The role focuses on analyzing category performance, identifying growth opportunities, and driving programs that impact sales conversion and revenue.

You will build dashboards tracking GMV growth, traffic, and campaign performance, collaborating with commercial and regional teams to ensure the right products are available and competitively priced.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, operations, analytics, or a related function.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze category performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities, assortment gaps, and emerging consumer demands.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track GMV growth, traffic & conversion rates, and campaign/BAU performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute assortment and category strategies that drive revenue growth and portfolio expansion.
• Coordinate assortment programs across stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with seller engagement, account management, marketing, and regional teams to align on priorities and deliverables.
• Support campaign planning and execution, including mega campaigns and key events, with flexibility to work during peak periods.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and mini-projects from scoping to execution and follow-up.
