Job summary

Coupang is seeking a Staff Data Analyst for Pricing and Retail Analytics in Singapore. You will ensure report quality, derive impactful insights, and support system-wide decision-making with cross-functional teams across Pricing, Retail Commerce, 3P, and Promotions.

You will lead projects from inception to delivery, shape key metrics, and translate data into actionable insights for both technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in business analytics with a quantitative degree.
• Expert SQL for data extraction and analysis; Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical understanding.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable data strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading projects and communicating insights to stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain decision-making systems focusing on pricing strategies.
• Improve Pricing/Promotion reports and analytics with timely data insights.
• Lead end-to-end pricing, retail, and promotions projects across teams.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape metrics and product features.
• Drive ownership, excellence, and continuous learning within the team.
