Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and online order operations
• Process customer orders, refunds and online enquiries
• Handle POS transactions and sales records
• Receive, organise and manage inventory and stock
• Coordinate stock returns and distribution to retail outlets
• Process online orders and coordinate deliveries with logistics providers
• Support manpower rostering and warehouse operations
• Monitor sales traffic and compile sales data
