Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pharmacy Retail Associate to ensure smooth store opening, manage cash, promote weekly specials, and maintain clean, organized retail and pharmacy areas.

You will monitor customer flow, minimize wait times, handle inter-branch transfers, and keep stock records up to date, while delivering excellent service and teamwork in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have 2–3 years in retail, a GCE N/O level, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N or O level qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Open the store promptly and ensure computer systems are ready.
• Monitor customer flow and minimize wait times.
• Handle cash float and operate the register efficiently.
• Promote weekly specials and apply effective selling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in retail and storage areas.
• Uphold store security over stock and sensitive information.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct cycle counts and stock takes.
• Record daily sales and data-entry in inventory system.
• Assist with filing retail documents meticulously.
