Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Production Support to join a growing technology team supporting critical front-office business applications. This role blends production support with SRE practices in a cloud-based environment, focusing on troubleshooting, incident response, and improving platform reliability.

You will work with business users, application owners, and tech teams to ensure smooth operation, monitor systems, automate repetitive tasks, and participate in on-call

Qualifications

• Hands-on production support or SRE experience with incident management and troubleshooting.
• Ability to investigate issues via logs, monitoring tools, queries, and diagnostics.
• Strong communication with business users and stakeholders during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for critical business applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents with detailed root-cause analysis.
• Monitor applications, infrastructure, and scheduled jobs; proactively address issues.
• Troubleshoot across cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, databases, and app layers.
• Support and manage batch scheduling platforms like Control-M or Autosys.
• Communicate updates to business users during incidents and manage expectations.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve support processes and reliability.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve platform resiliency and efficiency.
• Participate in on-call and weekend support rotation.
• Contribute to SRE initiatives, including monitoring, observability, and automation.
