Traveloka is seeking an Associate Account / Market Manager to own a high‑value country portfolio. You will be a standout individual contributor who drives partner negotiations, supply growth, and market strategy without direct reports.

You will partner with pricing, product, and marketing to unlock destination growth, while shaping a data‑driven narrative to leadership. English and local language fluency are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in hotel commercial or OTA market management.
• Own flagship destinations and drive outcomes.
• Negotiate large hotel deals and commitments over time.
• Build and run a competitiveness and growth playbook.
• Read market dynamics and set priorities with rigor.
• Mentor mid‑level managers and raise team performance.
• Influence pricing, product and marketing decisions.
• Demonstrate data‑driven decision making with analytics and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial plan for key destinations, set priorities, secure supply, and hit room-night and revenue targets.
• Land largest, strategic hotel partnerships with multi-quarter commitments and exclusives.
• Develop pricing, content, ranking, and availability playbooks across the portfolio.
• Identify supply gaps and demand opportunities and convert into growth plays.
• Collaborate with pricing, product, and marketing to unlock destination growth.
• Build and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
