Funstay is expanding its APAC travel network from Singapore, seeking an APAC Partnerships Manager who will build and nurture relationships with hotels, tour operators, airlines, and local experiences across Asia Pacific.

You'll negotiate contracts, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with our experience design team to create compelling packages, traveling 40-50% within the region to drive growth and ROI.

Qualifications

• Must have existing APAC travel & hospitality network.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills are essential.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Japanese a plus.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% within APAC.

Responsabilités

• Identify and onboard new partners across APAC region.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with hotels, DMCs, and activity providers.
• Conduct partner audits and quality assessments.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners.
• Collaborate with experience design team on new destination launches.

• Represent Funstay at industry events and trade shows.

About This Role

As our APAC Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with hotels, tour operators, airlines, and local experience providers across Asia Pacific. This region is key to our growth strategy, and you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our offerings in destinations from Japan to New Zealand.You'll negotiate contracts, ensure quality standards, and work with our experience design team to create compelling packages. Success in this role means a blend of relationship-building finesse, commercial acumen, and genuine passion for travel in the region.

What You will Do

• Identify and onboard new partners across APAC region
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with hotels, DMCs, and activity providers
• Conduct partner audits and quality assessments
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners
• Collaborate with experience design team on new destination launches
• Monitor competitor partnerships and market trends
• Represent Funstay at industry events and trade shows

What You Bring

• Existing network in APAC travel and hospitality industry
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Japanese a plus)
• Ability to travel 40-50% within APAC region
• Experience managing partner contracts and relationships
• Commercial mindset with ability to analyze partnership ROI
