Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an Associate Executive, Anaesthesia to manage administrative tasks within the department, including leave records, calendars, procurement, pantry operations, and meeting support. The role involves coordinating training hour submissions and liaising with vendors for design and approvals.

The position requires a Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience (healthcare preferred but not mandatory). Located near Kent Ridge MRT, salary up to SGD 3,800 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update clinicians' leave records in the NHG surveillance system and manage the leave calendar.
• Submit monthly training hours for BSTs/ASTs and assist with committee forms with vendors for design and artwork.
• Handle departmental procurement, e-payments, and maintain NUH IT asset inventory.
• Oversee pantry stock and coordinate catering for departmental events.
• Maintain monthly contact lists and provide secretariat support to HOD and meetings, including slides.
