You will be client-facing with seasoned leadership responsibilities, coordinating with product, service delivery and risk management to ensure sustained client satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years’ client management or senior leadership experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive meetings.
• Proven ability to manage and retain client relationships across securities services.
• Understanding of commercial drivers, contracts and business performance.
• Ability to operate across a complex organisation and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with mentoring capability.

Responsabilidades

• Client retention – work with product management, service delivery and client management to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Create and maintain detailed client plans supporting growth strategies.
• Ensure proactive management of issues across products and jurisdictions by directing resources.
• Sponsor service improvement opportunities and lead change management.
• Establish a governance framework and schedules to deliver senior client engagement and compliance.
