The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of recruitment experience and a strong business acumen. You will play a key role in driving the recruitment strategy for clients in South East Asia and China. A supportive environment focused on staff development is offered.

Overview

As a Lead Recruitment Consultant, your role is to manage and provide business direction in order to continue their work with senior clients (employers) and experienced candidates (job-seekers) to ensure that there is a proper job match within our international clientele.

You will also personally get the opportunity to advise global companies in their human resource strategies and to build relationships with their senior management. In addition to knowing the recruitment needs of our clients, it is important for an experienced headhunter to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and work culture.

A number of International companies have an Asian headquarter in Singapore with regional hiring needs. A key part of this role is to work with clients to ensure their regional hiring needs in South East Asia and China are met.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

Management

Manage and Develop a team of experienced consultants. The role will also include guiding, training and aligning the company’s strategic focus within the industry practice groups.

Clients

Business development and establishing a trusting partnership with new/existing Corporate clients in the Asia region. A crucial part of the role is ensuring that Charterhouse effectively partner our clients in their manpower resourcing needs.

Candidates

Staying close to the senior pool of candidates so that you can identify the best talent for your clients.

Key Requirements
  • At least 12 years of relevant recruitment and corporate industry experiences, with team management responsibilities
  • Business acumen to develop business strategies and to have the continued drive to execute your plans
  • Ability to build genuine long-term relationship with our clients and candidates
  • Passion and maturity to network with the professional senior working community
