Qualifications

• 2+ years in a professional, customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).
• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and customers across regions.

• Manage book of business and mitigate churn risk across Asia-Pacific accounts.
