Associate/Assistant Director, Procurement (2-Year Contract)
What You Will Be Working On
- Support and advise stakeholders on procurement approaches and requirements, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate sourcing outcomes (e.g., quotations/tenders and clarifications).
- Review work processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., templates, trackers and standard operating procedures).
- Coordinate procurement documentation and records to ensure completeness and proper record-keeping (e.g., approval records and supporting procurement documentation).
- Support procurement processes from sourcing to award, including coordinating evaluations, internal clearances and submission write-ups.
- Support other team initiatives where required (e.g., policy/process reviews, knowledge management and business continuity activities).

- Relevant experience in procurement is preferred, but candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Relevant experience in areas such as government procurement, process management or data management and analysis will be an advantage; candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
