  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement and contract-related matters within Infrastructure Group.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan procurement requirements, advise on procurement approaches, and ensure timely submission of requests.
  • Coordinate with the Central Procurement Unit, Finance, and project teams to facilitate procurement processes and contract administration.
  • Review procurement submissions to ensure completeness, quality, and compliance with governance requirements.
  • Monitor procurement pipelines, contract renewals, and milestones to support business continuity and project delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end management of contracts, including formulation, execution, administration, variation management, renewals, and close-out.
  • Develop, review, and implement contract management policies and standard operating procedures to strengthen governance and efficiency.
  • Ensure procurement and contract administration comply with Government policies and internal governance requirements.
  • Maintain procurement and contract records, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and contract processes and improve operational efficiency.
