Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure accurate inventory control. The role requires coordinating with sales, purchasing, retail, and logistics to meet order fulfilment deadlines.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain and at least 3 years of supervisory warehouse experience, with strong familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and stock reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure daily tasks are completed smoothly and according to SOPs.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
• Update and maintain inventory records using WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Retail, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor warehouse performance and support improvements in daily operations.
• Assist with manpower planning, staff training, and warehouse process improvements.

• Salary Package : Basic $5500 - $7000 + VB




• Working Hour: Mon - Fri / 9am - 6pm




• Location: Tai Seng




• Established retail and wholesale distribution industry
