Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is partnering with a Travel Retail client in Singapore to fill a warehouse operations role. You will assist in managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order fulfilment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of warehouse experience with supervisory exposure, strong leadership and hands-on familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in inventory management, stock control and reconciliation.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage inventory control, stock levels, stock movements and reconciliation to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory transactions through WMS/ERP systems and ensure accurate system updates.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks and ensure productivity, SOP compliance and smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with Sales, Retail, Purchasing and Logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain proper warehouse organisation, storage and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Support manpower planning, staff training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
