Job summary

Kingfisher Recruitment Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an hands-on Assistant Supply Chain Manager to support daily operations at our client, a food distributor in Jurong.

Responsibilities include demand planning, inventory control, warehousing, and coordination with suppliers and logistics providers. The role requires 5+ years in supply chain with strong Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain or logistics experience.
• Experience in food distribution, FMCG, manufacturing or wholesale preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP or inventory systems.
• Hands-on, analytical and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Resolve shipment delays, stock shortages and delivery issues.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance and Quality Assurance teams.
• Prepare operational reports and track relevant KPIs.
• Support process improvements and supervise daily team activities.
