Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field and 3–6 years of experience in operations or logistics, including experience with perishable goods. Strong supplier networks and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily supply of groceries and fresh vegetables to meet client demand.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely stock replenishment and quality control.
• Source products from wholesalers and suppliers, negotiate pricing, and secure cost-efficient purchasing agreements.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent product quality and supply.
• Plan and oversee delivery schedules, coordinate transport and drivers, and optimize routes for cost-effective distribution.
• Resolve delivery issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with hotels, food courts, and restaurants by handling orders and inquiries.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base and ensure client retention.
• Monitor inventory movement to reduce wastage and track margins for cost control.
• Maintain stock records to support inventory control.
• Track sales performance and operational efficiency with reports.

• Plan and manage daily supply of groceries and fresh vegetables to meet client demand and seasonal availability
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain quality control of perishable goods
• Source products from wholesalers and suppliers, negotiate pricing, and secure cost-efficient purchasing agreements
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent product quality and supply
• Plan and oversee delivery schedules, coordinate transport and drivers, and optimize routes for cost-effective distribution
• Resolve delivery issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Maintain and develop relationships with hotels, food courts, and restaurants by handling orders, inquiries, and service requests
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base and ensure client retention through excellent service
• Monitor inventory movement to reduce wastage and track purchase and sales margins for effective cost management
• Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions to support inventory control

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to manage both operational and client-facing responsibilities
