Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a warehouse associate to unload, stage, and move stock from vehicles to designated areas. You will ensure proper storage, identify damages, and report shortages while maintaining a safe working environment.

The role expects physical work with lifting up to 15kg and willingness to work overtime. Company transport is provided for West/East areas, and forklift license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling (up to 15kg)
• Willing to work OT as required
• Forklift license preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned places
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations and inspect machinery for maintenance needs
• Adhere to company policies and ensure a safe, orderly warehouse environment

Job description

Basic information:

• Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.45pm
• Basic UP $2400
• AWS and allowances provided
• West/East area (Company transport provided)

Job Scope:

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned places
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstationsInspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and ensure safety through regular maintenance
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facilities
• Relocate final picked and unloaded goods efficiently using limited space, ensuring segregation of products

Additional Information:

• Advantage to have forklift license, if not will be posted to warehouse assistant
• Able to handle physical work and manual carton lifting up to 15kg
• Able to commit OT
