Job summary

MCI Consulting Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Assistant Supervisor (Warehouse Operation) to lead warehouse teams, manage inventory using WMS and SAP, and enforce safety standards across operations.

You will drive KPI attainment and continuous improvement initiatives (5S/LEAN) while collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role is based at Sunview Road in the West region with Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP required.
• Ability to lead warehouse teams and drive KPI attainment.
• Experience with coaching and performance management as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of logistics assistants and team leads in daily warehouse operations.
• Guide the team to achieve KPIs and throughput goals.
• Monitor staff performance and participate in appraisals and coaching as needed.
• Perform inventory management using WMS and SAP systems.
• Ensure accurate billing and proper documentation.
• Maintain records and enforce safety procedures.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Supervisor (Warehouse Operation) to join our team. In this role, you will lead warehouse teams, manage inventory via WMS and SAP systems, enforce workplace safety, and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement practices.

Job Highlights

• Basic salary up to $3,700

• AWS + VB and Sign On Bonus

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of logistics assistants and team leads in carrying out daily warehouse operations.

• Guide the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational throughput goals.

• Monitor staff performance, conduct coaching/counseling, participate in annual appraisals, and manage performance issues per company policy.

• Perform inventory management using internal Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and customer SAP systems.

• Ensure all billings are generated accurately and promptly with complete supporting documentation.

• Maintain safe keeping, traceability, and proper archiving of customer documents and records.

• Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety and operational procedures.

• Implement work improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and LEAN methodology to enhance operational productivity and transparency.

• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams across all levels to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP is required
