• Support recruitment and ensure effective onboarding and training for new staff.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to development plans for progression.
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including compliance and visual merchandising.
• Act as a brand ambassador and consistently deliver the best possible customer experience.
