Job summary

Slab Coffee in Singapore's Central Business District is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a small team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will oversee shifts, coach staff, maintain standards, and contribute to regional expansion as the brand grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or senior crew experience in F&B.
• Experience with cafe operations: bar, floor, kitchen flow, POS systems.
• Strong English communication; able to brief and report clearly.
• Familiarity with basic spreadsheets and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening, mid, and closing shifts and assign tasks.
• Supervise service quality, bar output, and floor cleanliness.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage with Store Manager.
• Handle daily cash, POS reconciliation, and end-of-day reports.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage wastage.
• Train and coach team on SOPs and product standards.
