Job summary

Somma Restaurant, part of The Lo and Behold Group in Singapore, is seeking a passionate sommelier to elevate wine experiences for guests. You will craft wine pairings, guide guests, and contribute to a memorable dining journey.

You'll lead the sommelier team, manage wine purchasing and inventory, stay current with wine trends, and help deliver exceptional service across venues through our TLBG Partnership Programme and staff-benefit initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute best-in-class wine service, keeping in mind guests' personal tastes and making recommendations, answering their questions about the wine list, making recommendations, and ensuring that they have an outstanding dining experience.
• Assist in managing wine & beverage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and reporting.
• Managing wine and beverage pairing, and aperitives service.
• Oversee the sommeliers team
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the wine industry.

You’ll be in charge of:
