We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to support our Sales & Marketing Manager in accelerating growth, strengthening dealer relationships, and enhancing brand presence for Honda Motorcycles in Singapore. This role blends strategic planning, sales operations, and marketing execution, requiring strong leadership, market awareness, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Dealer Management

  • Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers.
  • Identify and develop new sales channels to expand market reach.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings to inform commercial strategies.
  • Supervise the sales team, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching to drive results.
  • Cover the Sales & Marketing Manager’s responsibilities during absence

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, roadshows, events, and media activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and track the marketing budget for maximum return on investment.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning.
  • Prepare monthly sales and marketing performance reports for management.

Operations & Inventory Control

  • Oversee stock movements, monitor potential obsolete inventory, and propose corrective measures.
  • Coordinate timely distribution, shipment, and receipt of goods.
  • Advise on COE (Certificate of Entitlement) requirements for showroom sales, ensuring zero expired COEs.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales, inventory, and dealer data in Google Sheets / CRM systems.

Team & Customer Engagement

  • Assist HR in recruiting and onboarding sales executives; provide product and sales training.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
  • Review customer feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.
  • Delegate and supervise daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the automotive, mobility, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in dealer management, sales growth, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategies.
