Job summary

ISVASIA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving revenue, managing key accounts, coordinating between sales and service teams, and supervising sales staff.

You will help convert leads, maintain customer relationships, prepare commercial proposals, and ensure sales targets and service commitments are met through cross-functional collaboration and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in B2B sales or service sales; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong pricing, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Experience with CRM analytics and sales forecasting.
• Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Manager to achieve targets; follow up on leads; prepare quotations and close deals.
• Maintain relationships with key customers; act as primary contact; ensure contract terms and SLAs are met.
• Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Draft and review commercial proposals, service agreements, and renewal documents; coordinate internal approvals.
• Coordinate with Service, Operations, and Finance for smooth project handover and invoicing.
• Support pricing strategy, discount approvals, and commercial negotiations within delegated authority.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical briefings with customers.
• Coach and mentor junior sales staff; assign leads; monitor CRM updates.
• Gather competitor and market information; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and following up on service outcomes.
