JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd for a Singapore-based manufacturer that produces labels and printing solutions is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager. You will support the Country Sales Manager in driving growth, managing key accounts, and building the sales team to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities include coaching the sales team, expanding relationships with major customers, executing strategies, tracking KPIs, delivering product presentations, and ensuring compliance and training requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in related industries.
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and drive revenue.
• Experience conducting customer training, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with independent work style and team support.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Country Sales Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with key account customers to drive revenue and satisfaction.
• Execute sales strategies and action plans established by the Country Sales Manager.
• Monitor and track sales KPIs, providing regular performance updates and recommendations.
• Conduct product presentations, sales training, and customer engagement sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, ethical standards, and mandatory training.
