Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Executive to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand visibility. The role encompasses comprehensive account management from pre-sales to post-sales and requires collaboration with logistics and internal teams.

You will manage customer data, pricing, rebates and records, oversee PSI operations, monitor market trends, and support product lifecycle management with actionable insights from sales data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B, preferably manufacturing/electronics/distribution.
• Proven client management and order fulfilment experience.
• Proficient in data management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the sales process from pre-sales to post-sales, building strong client relationships.
• Ensure accurate customer data, pricing, rebates, and AR records.
• Oversee PSI operations, monitor trends, budgets, and aging stock management.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics and internal teams for shipment and returns.
• Analyze sales data and forecasts to generate actionable insights for lifecycle management.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose workflow improvements, and support audits.
