The role emphasizes coaching the team, expanding relationships with strategic customers, and delivering product demonstrations and training while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in silkscreen printing, digital printing, label printing, label converting, die-cutting, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing customer accounts and driving sales growth.
• Experience conducting customer training, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and support team performance.
