Responsibilities include coaching the sales team, expanding relationships with major customers, executing strategies, tracking KPIs, delivering product presentations, and ensuring compliance and training requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in related industries.
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and drive revenue.
• Experience conducting customer training, product demonstrations, and presentations.

Our client is a Singapore based manufacturer specializing in labels, label converting, printing solutions and precision die cut components is hiring for assistant sales manager. This role will support country sales manager in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Country Sales Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Manage and grow relationships with key account customers to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Execute sales strategies and action plans established by the Country Sales Manager.

• Monitor and track sales KPIs, providing regular performance updates and recommendations.

• Conduct product presentations, sales training, and customer engagement sessions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, ethical standards, and mandatory annual training requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in silkscreen printing, digital printing, label printing, label converting, die-cutting, or related industries.

• Proven experience managing customer accounts and driving sales growth.

• Experience conducting customer training, product demonstrations, and presentations.

• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and support team performance.
