Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a results-driven sales leader to develop and execute comprehensive strategies, drive revenue growth, and expand market share in the semiconductor sector.

You will analyze market trends, manage strategic accounts, and coordinate product launches to meet customer needs. The role requires 5–10 years in semiconductor sales, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent field.
• 5-10 years' relevant experience in the semiconductor.
• Strong experience in sales strategy development and execution.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor products, applications, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Establish pricing strategies, sales policies, and contract terms to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
