Job summary

the supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations island-wide, with shifts from 9am to 10pm.

This role maintains high service standards and guest satisfaction across front- and back-of-house. We expect 5-8 years of co-management experience in fast-food settings, a Diploma/Degree in F&B or Hospitality, and solid MS Office reporting ability. You will lead training, payroll tasks, staffing, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Management and/or Hospitality from a recognized institution.
• 5 to 8 years of experiences in co-managing a fast-food restaurant.
• Valuable experience in quality control systems, training or similar.
• Ability to prepare reports using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the daily operation of the restaurant with the Restaurant Manager.
• Take full ownership in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and ensure smooth service flow with the team.
• Oversee all front- and back-of-house duties in restaurant.
• Familiarize the floor operation by carrying out the different roles of every floor position.
• Provide high quality service and deliver excellent dining experience to all customers.
• Enhance leadership and performance through training, motivating, and being a role model for crew.
• Respond to comments and feedback from customers and crew members.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and daily operations align with standards.
• Ensure sufficient stock and ingredients for daily operation.
• Track daily sales and labour costs, and perform food audits.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, safety and hygiene in the restaurant.
• Explain menu details clearly to crew during training.
• Manage workforce arrangement, payroll, recruitment and training.
• Handle administrative recording of staff attendance, leave, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
