Job summary

F&B Assistant Manager at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is responsible for co-managing daily restaurant operations across multiple locations in Singapore, under the Restaurant Manager. You will uphold service standards, train staff, handle payroll and recruitment, and ensure SOPs and housekeeping are followed.

You will supervise front- and back-of-house tasks, manage inventory, daily sales tracking, and cost control while delivering a high-quality dining experience and leading by example.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in F&B management or hospitality.
• 5–8 years of experience co-managing a fast-food restaurant.
• Valuable experience in quality control systems, training or similar.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the daily operation of the restaurant with the Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house duties and ensure smooth service flow.
• Lead staff through training, motivation and role modelling for high service quality.
• Handle payroll, recruitment and attendance records; manage stock and cost control.
