Job summary

Singapore Swimming Club is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations, inspire the team, and deliver memorable dining experiences for our members. The role focuses on hospitality excellence, staff development, and seamless service across busy periods.

Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in Hospitality Management or GCE O’ Level, with at least 2 years’ F&B supervisory experience, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or GCE O’ Level required.
• At least 2 years in F&B, supervisory or managerial capacity preferred.
• Well-groomed with professional appearance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and motivate the team.
• Positive, proactive attitude with initiative and leadership.
• Calm under pressure and able to guide the team through busy periods.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling a plus.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel at home.
• Supervise service staff to uphold high standards of quality and guest experience.
• Foster relationships with members to enhance dining experience and loyalty.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Address member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Gather feedback to understand member preferences and expectations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
• Comply with club SOPs and grooming guidelines.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by HOD or Management.
