Job summary

XIAO NOODLES CATERING MANAGEMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on restaurant supervisor to manage daily shifts, uphold service standards and maintain smooth operations.

You will lead, train and motivate front-of-house staff, ensure high customer satisfaction, manage scheduling, inventory and cost control, and drive sales performance while supporting the Restaurant Manager and growing into a future leadership role.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
• At least one year of experience in the catering industry.
• Preference will be given to candidates with shift management experience in large-scale chain restaurants.
• Passion for the catering industry, strong learning ability, self-motivated, and responsible.
• Excellent floor shift management and leadership skills.

1. Be responsible for the daily shift management of the restaurant to maintain normal operational order.
2. Develop effective staff training plans to enhance team work efficiency and operating standards.
3. Organize, check, track, and follow‑up on the daily operations of the restaurant, control various costs to increase profits, and ensure smooth and stable operations.
4. Communicate well with customers, maintain customer relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
