Qualifications

• Well groomed, fluent in English and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Able to build good rapport with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity.
• Up to date on industry trends.
• Possess good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, email etc.)
• Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• High quality standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food and beverage.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Honest with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day restaurant and event operations.
• Achieving the outlet's KPI.
• Ensure the adherence of restaurant standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation.
• Ensure high quality of customer service consistently.
• Maintain the restaurant’s image from staff to cleanliness of premise.
• Manage and maintain operational records including inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluating sales performance.
• Understand our products so as to be able to advise customers.
• Respond and handle customer complaints.
• Lead, train and guide team to provide excellent restaurant services.
• Set and update service SOP’s.
• Contribute ideas and assist our marketing department with A&P.
