Job summary

E.SUN Financial Holding Co., Ltd. Singapore is seeking a Credit Write-up and Proposal Preparation professional to prepare comprehensive credit write-ups and bankability analyses for prospective clients, including bilateral and syndicated loan considerations.

The role supports Relationship Managers, conducts post-drawdown credit reviews, performs KYC, handles client liaison for account openings and transactions, and contributes to periodic reporting and new business development with overseas

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in corporate finance or related field.
• Knowledge of basic financial statement analysis.
• Demonstrates strong collaboration and team contribution.
• Ability to create reports in multiple languages for overseas branches and HQ.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive credit write-ups and bankability analyses for prospective clients.
• Conduct post-drawdown credit reviews to monitor loan performance and risk.

Job description

Credit Write-up and Proposal Preparation

• Prepare comprehensive credit write-ups and proposals for prospective clients
• Conduct detailed bankability analyses, including financial analysis, for syndication and/or bilateral loans

Support Relationship Managers

• Assist Relationship Managers in providing exceptional service to clients
• Aid in building and maintaining strong client relationships for the bank

Credit Analysis and Review

• Conduct regular post-drawdown credit reviews to monitor loan performance and assess risk
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks before drawdown and conduct post-drawdown reviews

Client Service and Liaison

• Provide ad-hoc services to bilateral customers as needed
• Liaise with customers on account opening, deposit taking, and general transaction processes

Period Reporting

• Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Branch and Head Office
• Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted on time

Business Development

• Liaise with peer banks to explore and develop new business opportunities
• Implement strategies to grow the client base and enhance client satisfaction

Ad Hoc Duties

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the team and business operations

Job Requirement

• At least 1-2 year of corporate finance related experience
• Knowledge for basic financial statement analysis is required if there is no related experience in Corporate Finance
• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, proactively contributing to team efforts
• Capable of creating reports in both languages, catering to overseas branches and HQ in Taiwan
• Possesses a strong drive for sales and expertise in business development strategies
• Competent in engaging and managing relationships with both internal and external clients
